“The project consisted of a Land Park home that involved demolition, making an entry from kitchen to family room larger, re-configuring a kitchen layout, incorporating new cabinetry with existing cabinetry, removing french doors and installing a window in its place, new lighting, new countertops and electrical, installing a brick veneer backsplash, moving a chandelier, and the installation of new flooring throughout essentially the entire house. The key was we insisted on keeping existing kitchen cabinetry; Jesse developed a plan and managed to locate and fabricate exact matching cabinetry and finishes where one cannot tell old from new. In the beginning, Jesse met with us to determine what we were seeking and created several options. Jesse gave us a work timeline and payment schedule and kept to it. There were no surprises and Jesse and Innis can always be contacted in case there were questions. We were always kept in the loop. Any changes or issues would always be discussed before further action. We would not hesitate to use BDH Construction again on any major projects.”

“These guys know how to do it all. They installed all our wood flooring (about 1200 sq ft), laundry room tile/bathroom/washing machines, full kitchen cabinets/appliance assembly, electrical, detailed finish work (bathroom hardware, accessories, etc.) and even some lighting. Jesse was great at communicating and getting the job done in a timely fashion. We had a delay with one of our kitchen cabinets (through Lowe’s) and Jesse was able to work around it and continue on the project until we received the correct cabinet. All the detail and finish work was perfect and he wanted to make our home look pristine. I highly recommend BDH for all your home construction needs.”
